Sensor Description
GSENSE5130 is a 15Mega pixel resolution scientific CMOS image sensor, capable of operating with either global or rolling shutter. Featured with six transistor (6T) pixel design on a 4.25 µm pitch, the sensor has a very low readout noise of 1.6e- in rolling shutter mode, and 3.8e- in global shutter mode with external CDS. GSENSE5130 features dark current less than 3e-/p/s@25℃, and large open area at the bottom of the ceramic package available for active cooling. GSENSE5130 frame rate can be further increased with row-based ROI windowing for high speed application.It also supports on-chip 10-bit, 11-bit, 12-bit ADC for both rolling and global shutter.
