Soft X-ray microscopy
Soft X-ray microscopy has spatial resolution 10 times better than visible light microscopy. Our BSI sensor with thin epi-layer can directly detect the soft X-ray range from 300eV to 3000eV. Faster frame rate of CMOS sensor compare to CCD also can reduce the total dose of radiation to minimize the damages caused on the sample, which is critical when imaging live cells directly.
